Although the food was good, however we expected better because of the reviews from TripAdvisor! We had four courses dinner; we liked the mint soup but the fish was a little over cooked - that's a fairly common problem for European seafood cooking. But Michelin star rated? No way in my humble opinion, sorry! Meanwhile the seating was far too... More

Es Raco d'es Teix is a great spot for gourmets in the village of Deia. It's a Michelin-star rated small family-operated restaurant. Food is of excellent quality - as you would expect it at a restaurant of that category. What I really like about this place is the relaxed and low-key atmosphere that does not come with the arrogance of... More

Food: we tried the lunch menu, however that day (off-season) it was almost the same as the dinner tasting menu. Everything was of course impeccably prepared and of high quality. However we felt it was a bit boring and too old-school for our taste. For example mushroom soup was really not that special. Feels like a place that earned it's... More

Dined here on the Thursday before Easter. Had the six course tasting menu. Each dish was more delicious than the last. Fabulous presentation. Excellent wine. Superb service which was beautifully paced. I have dined at many Michelin Star restaurants before but this is up there with the best. Completely non pretentious. Locally sourced produce fantastically prepared. Very very tasty. I... More

It was about time I tried one of the 7 Michelin-star restaurants on the Island and I must say it was good. Not as amazing as I thought but very good, yes. We all went for the 6-course menu and I must admit portions were a bit too much nouvelle-cuisine oriented, very minimal quantity. Service was a plus, present, educated... More

We loved our visit to this lovely restaurant. The service was charming and attentive, and the food, truly divine. We were offered perfect recommendations, and enjoyed specially selected wines with each course. A really great evening! Thank you!

What a wonderful find! The service is personal and the food first class! If in Deia, you must eat here! The pheasant was Devine and so was the wine!
