We came for lunch and looked forward to spending a pleasant afternoon at this lovely place. The menu was disappointing with its lack of choice. The prices were right up there so we thought , this is going to be good regardless. The servings were stingy in size and incredibly disappointing. The lack of flavour was sad. I ordered mussels... We stayed at the hotel and arrived early having lunch when we arrived. The lunch menu is very limited. Views and the café layout was open and plenty of room. As the next thing on our stay was high tea we decided to share a lunch meal. The staff accommodated our request but the meal itself looked like a snack... More

Fundamentally, this place was just not good. We only came for an early afternoon tea but the choice was limited and the ambience was lacking. I cannot speak for the people I was with but for the choice I made, I tbelieve that I could buy a better cheese platter at a supermarket.

Such an attractive breakfast setting and delicious food. Great choice of cooked and continental breakfast selection. Wonderful start to the day.

I will start by saying breakfast was $35.00 per person. Bread was stale. They was only one other couple here.

Choice was very limited. Food was bland. We ordered mussels for entree and all we could see and taste was the steamed mussels, no coriander and other herbs mentioned in the menu. For mains, we had to wait for a long long time. The pulled beef for Main came in at the size of a slider with some pickles on... More

A party of 8 adults & 2 children Sunday lunchtime. 3 of us had the mild chicken curry, it was so tasteless and bland I couldn't taste any cumin, turmeric, garlic, coriander or chilli in the yellow jus napped over the freshly char grilled chicken fillet / tenderloin. The penne pasta with chilli was cooked al dente but again lacked... More

We have been here numerous times for various occasions and each has been very good as a breakfast venue....light and airy, not too noisey and with a good variety of choice.
