Service wasn't that great and the coffee was gross. Couldn't even finish it. Would not go back again.

We ate here on our one night stay. Food choice was reasonable without being exciting. Prices were in keeping with the country, i.e. slightly higher than you'd expect for similar in the UK. However, the food was well cooked and tasty, and there was nothing left on our plates.

Cup of coffee and scone along with 10 & 12yo and their fruit smoothies. The Wine Centre Cafe still has it with a great atmosphere and a fantastic array of food to boot. Superb staff on all fronts, very welcoming and very obliging. Good coffee and very relaxing.

Had lunch here before seeing UB40 gig. Asked for corned beef hash, and had an amazing meal. We all enjoyed the food.

We first went to the wine center located there and got some information about the different vineyards in the area. We also had the chance to taste some special wine, the tasting was offered directly in the shop (if you ever have the chance to taste the Big Sky wine, do it!). We then went to some wine tasting. This cafe is always full but lots of seating (indoors and outside covered) and the staff are great at serving and producing excellent food. Great choice and reasonable prices. Love their Mexican beans for breakfast. They also do lunches and Friday evening pasta and pizza's. This weekend Fiona Pears was playing for a fund raiser for Kaikoura. Next to the... More

Great little café, I have been here before but it was a long time ago - we ordered a few pizzas and chips when the kitchen was about to close, and we just loved the vegge pizzas which went really well with the chilli oil sause. Always a winner. awesome to have a little place for small kids to play.

Good, fresh made on the spot food. Minestrone soup warmed me up on a cold day. Again homemade bread accompanied the lovely soap. Fun people watching and very casual. Outside seating ifsummer ever comes.

Really enjoyed the food! Was happy to have the option of Gluten Free with more than a few things. There was a group there having share platters that looked great! This wasnt my first visit and it wont be my last
