This place is one of my favorites to stop into to grab a great lunch sandwich or dinner when in Roanoke! They really have the best options for healthy options that taste wonderful, and the cakes are amazing. Stop in and try the California Grilled Cheese for sure!

This restaurant truly is one of the best to visit when in Roanoke. The food, deserts and atmosphere make for great dining and the staff is so friendly. I love coming here and recommend to stop by if you live in Roanoke or are visiting. Don't forget to get a piece of cake :)

Wildflour was our first stop in Roanoke, and we had a fantastic lunch. Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. The menu was varied enough to please everyone in our party... the sandwiches were hearty and delicious. Loved the mac and cheese.

When I say "YUMMY" I truthfully mean it. The service was superb from the moment I enter into the restaurant. The host was assisting other customers at the take out counter but, made eye contact and let me know she would be right with me. Since it was my first time here my server recommended the sandwich in the picture.... More

Friday afternoon lunch was an interesting dining experience. The soup and sandwiches were well prepared and the service was well paced. If you are in a hurry this is not the place to go. I ordered a club wrap with no mayo and was served a club sandwich with mayo, I accepted the meal since I did not want to... More

We stopped here on our way to NC - got off the highway to see Roanoke and saw the good reviews. Lovely large cafe with local art on display. Great casual atmosphere and friendly service. My husband got what they call a Surimi (mixture of snow crab and Alaskan pollack fish) salad and I got it as a wrap. Quite... More

Different styles of sandwiches and meals. Fried green tomatoes were good but not worth the price. Save room for dessert

Just happened upon this local favorite around 1pm on a Monday and they were very busy. The menu seems to have something for everyone's taste. I enjoyed the chicken bean chili to start and the sandwich special which was a vegetarian delight. The restaurant is very open and clean on apperiance. The kitchen staff seemed very cool and collected cooking... More

What a cute little place that serves fresh local food. Between the two of us we had a sandwich, salad, soup and a piece of cake. All were delicious! We were the first to answer the daily trivia question & got one of our meals for free!

Thank Tcincy
