Best Cheesesteak Ever

Their large cheesesteak is to big, that most people would have trouble eating half....not me, I ate it all. I lived in Philly for several years, and this one was better than any in Philly. My wife and mother, after seeing the photos on Rich's...website, had to order the Reuben. They both found it to be excellent, perfectly grilled with huge portions of lean corned beef and plenty of sauerkraut.More

Yummy lunch!

My fiance and I had lunch here based on the reviews. We were not disappointed the cheese steaks were very good and they were filling even though they are called small. We also shared an order of fries. You can no longer eat inside so...we found tables on the other side of the building in the sun outside of place which is closed down and it was just perfect!More

Amazing Cheesesteak!

Take out only, but everything was delicious. We both ordered a large cheesesteak, BIG mistake! Huge portions and certainly a small would have been plenty (at least for me.) There was so much meat on these sandwiches, and while it was a bit pricy $30...some dollars for 2 cheesesteaks and fries, it was well worth the money. Take out onlyMore

Amazing!

Used TripAdvisor to find a simple place to eat and this place popped up. One look at the photos and the reviews and we knew it was worth the short walk from the historic area. The small cheesesteak is quite large so be aware of...the portion sizes. You have a choice of beef or chicken and the toppings include onions, mushrooms, peppers, lettuce, tomato, etc. (made to order) it was an excellent sandwich - even better than the cheesesteak I had in Philadelphia 😀 Also, the lady who took our order was just an absolute darling sweetheart ❤More

HIDDEN GEM

Living in Williamsburg for 15 yrs., I've eaten some bad sandwiches until Now! Today I googled CHEESESTEAKs i my area and Rick' s came up and boy Am I glad..I had an EXCELLENT Cheesesteak today! and I grew up just outside of Philly...So I know...a lil' something about sandwiches.. Very friendly folks as well! I'm now looking forward to try their hoagies!More

Quick lunch at a local joint

Super friendly service, ample parking, shaded outdoor seating, this is a local spot and the food was awesome. We had a cheesesteak, burgers, hoagie and a hot dog. The food is gone and the kids asked to eat here for dinner.

Good

Had the large cheese steak and let me tell you it is really large! I shared with husband and had leftover and same with fries. It was good but I prefer more onions and less meat and a bit more cheese. There was some pickle...on it which was interesting.More

The only reason you would have got pickles is if you ordered them so if you didn't order them then it was a mistake and I apologize next time you come in just ask for more onions and we'll put them in there for you...More

Fantastic Cheesteak

My family and tried Rick's for the first time yesterday. We took our Cheesteaks outside to eat (social distancing), however, there is seating inside if you prefer. The service was quick and friendly. My daughter at chicken fingers and fries. She enjoyed them but I...can't say that I thought they were extra special. The Cheesteak on the other hand was outstanding. Tender shredded stead with cheese, onions, peppers on a hoagie roll. No gristle or fatty pieces. Mouth watering good!More

Live in the area

Recently I tried ricks cheese steak shop there sandwiches are delicious the bacon jalapeno cheese fries were awesome fried cheesecake was very good very satisfied love this place.

Best Cheesesteaks and Service

We always eat at Rick’s whenever we are in Williamsburg. Absolutely the best cheesesteak around and always friendly service.
