This place has great drinks and excellent food. The walnut banana bread is better than anything you mom can make (I assume). I feel bad that I only went there once on my trip to Bainbridge.

We ordered 3 Vanilla steamers after waiting in line for 7 minutes for what was supposed to be a quick stop. 10 minutes after noticing people in front of us were getting their drinks I checked with gentleman we ordered from and he looked at receipts and said we were next. Five minutes later I asked again and then told... More

Raspberry Almond muffins, Blackberry Orange scones and a good cup of coffee to start our day on the island. What's not to like?

This is a nice bakery on the main street of town. There are lines every morning to obtain goodies and coffee. But after trying the place several times I come away disappointed every time. There's a better bakery out in Lynwood Center, much better. There is an outdoor kiosk just up the street that sells far better pastries. I suspect... More

Coffee is weak and not worth the stop. There were pastries that looked good but that was not what we were there for.

we loved that they had gluten free options (and also some vegan options!) with dairy free milks for espresso drinks. it was the perfect stop in when the rain started.

I came in for a coffee and pastry. Seating is extremely limited and I had to take my items to go as there was not a single seat available. The single bathroom was out of order so the customers had to use the one at a neighboring business. But the pastries were wonderful and the latte delicious. I had a... More

If you're looking for a great treat with coffee anytime of day - Blackbird is the place to go for the best pastries on the island. A pastry coupled with one of their coffees makes my day! The variety of delicious goodies to choose from is awesome. Their scones - both sweet and savory choices are to die for -... More
