Emmys Vege House has wellprepared vegetarian cuisine in a unique outdoor setting. This is one of my favorite lunch places on Bainbridge Island. Great for people watching!

We love this place and make the 45 minute trip to eat there at least once a month! The people that work there are friendly (and adorable) and all of the food is vegan. I recommend the sprout stir fry or a kabob, but it is all good! I couple of tips: Cash only! It is an outside venue, it's... More

Emmy's Vege House was wonderful. Its operated by three Asians (2 women, 1 man). The environment and service were wonderful. They even took my order though it wasn't 11am yet and thats when they technically open. The food was AMAZING! I ordered #19 (fried rice with kabob) and the kabob didnt taste like processed meat which is great. I highly... More

When I suggested we eat here my husband didn't want any squishy soft stuff disguised as food. Well, his tofu fooled him! No meat on his plate! We thought our meals were delicious - teriyaki chicken and kabob noodle salad, the best meal we've had while traveling. Delicious.

This place is tiny -- really just a little kitchen with some outdoor seating around it. Everything we had was delicious, and it's vegan! I could eat here every day. Reasonable prices and friendly service. Many regulars while we were there!

Food was very tasty and prepared fresh. We didn't care that it was cash only as it was inexpensive. Portion size was good and we enjoyed sitting outside on the patio as this is not an indoor restaurant but you order at a little kiosk type building. The seating is covered so no problem in the rain. Relaxing atmosphere and... More

Outdoor seating, good menu, good food. Great for vegans. Pictures on menu are what you get. Ask questions and they will answer where any of the ingredients come from.

If you like casual food served simply, deliciously , and quickly, and are looking for vegetarian fare, Emme's is your place. A bonus is that you would be hard pressed to spend even $10 for lunch. The food is all vegetarian, even though the dishes look like, and have names that say, meat. The meat is tofu, but it's ingenious... More

This is not a classical restaurant, you pretty much order through a small window, the seat outside (covered area). The food is very good, for Vegans and Meat eaters and it's cheap.

This is a vegan cafe, but don't let that put you off (if you generally eat meat). The food is tasty, healthy, well-priced and plentiful. I ordered kabob noodles and it turned out to be a delicious Vietnamese-style noodle dish with egg rolls, meat substitute (grilled with roasted peanut), and rice noodles on a bed of lettuce. Cost $8. It's... More
