As a person who has always found the food here terrible in terms of quality, I had been here many times in my childhood, mainly because of my younger sister (who enjoys the food here on behalf of my irony). However, back then I didn't post reviews for restaurants, and for a couple years had avoided this place completely since... More

Toys is one of Bellevue's oldest restaurants although they changed locations many years ago. Excellent variety of inexpensive lunches, but note that they are open for dinner, too. We especially like the broccoli chicken (they will ask if you white or dark meat) or the assorted vegetable entrees at lunch. Lunch includes choice of soup (highly recommend the hot and... More

We enjoy Toy's Cafe fairly regularly, but last Saturday was special. We had their fabulous green onion pancakes, the amazing pan fried dumplings, as well as traditional chicken dishes and mu shu pork. It was a real feast. Service was friendly and fast and the check brought a smile; we fed the five of us for under sixty dollars, and... More

Good food, very reasonable prices, hot and sour soup is a must. Great little bakery with Asian goodies.

We have been eating at Toy's Cafe for many years. We have seen three location changes since the 60's and the food has always been great! Prices remain low and staff friendly.

This Chinese restaurant is right behind Bellevue Way/ Main Street. Their food is quite basic Chinese food. The flavor is good as well as the price. It is very convenient as they open late in the evening and they sell bakery too. When I live in downtown Bellevue, I always grab food from Toy's café on my way back home... More

I have eaten here and taken out many times. Extremely good food and a friendly atmosphere. There is also a bakery on site that has wonderful sweet baked items. A definite go to for Chinese.

Their lunch special is 1/3 cheaper than LaBuLa. It's fine if I get what I pay for. Turns out it was less than what I pay for. The lunch special includes the soup, fried wonton, 1 entree, and rice. But they never brought the fried wonton. They don't check back with you either; not even an eye contact. Until they... More

I been going to this restaurant long before they moved from main street. Remember? Most of the Chinese restaurant prior to 1999 were Cantonese since many of them came from Hong Kong. At the time, many of Chinese cooking were modified to accommodate American palate. Outcome of their efforts were Egg Foo Young, Chap Suey, Pepper Steak, Shrimp with Lobster... More

The food and service is great. A small spot so sometimes slow but great great food and the staff really want to do the best they can.
