The service was fantastic! The food wasn't very good. I had fish & chips, the fish was mushy and the coleslaw was kind of blah. Husband had the fire pasta, which he was also disappointed in (chicken almost seemed undercooked).

Hello, thank you for the feedback. We'd like to follow-up with you to get more details. Can you please send your contact information to marketing@campbellsresort.com? Thank you.
While we have previously enjoyed our visits to Campbells, this year did not live up to expectations. The “accessibility” was challenging, complete with some stairs-difficult for someone in a foot cast. We (and other tables) waited an excessive amount of time for service, despite repeated...requests for simple things. (A neighboring table waited 2 hours to complete an order for two childrens’ meals and a glass of wine.) Our order of prime rib was flavorless and overcooked and slow in delivery. An adjacent table received their order medium rare and promptly (two young men with whom our waitress checked on regularly). Not sure if it was the kitchen or the wait staff or both, but it was not the relaxing and congenial experience of our past. To their credit, they did comp the more overdone prime rib entree.More
Amazing food! The Prime rib dip is the best I've ever had. The calamari is as big as a large chicken fried steak, very good & tender!!
We didn't make reservations here for dinner, and were able to get a table. (The one minor annoyance is that we asked for a table by the window, and was told those tables are for 4 people. Then, they sat people for two at those...tables the whole time we were there. I wish that they had said those are reservations only, or something, rather than say something that wasn't true.) The food was great, the staff was amazing, and the atmosphere was perfect. We would come here again.More
Campbell’s has been around for a long time, providing hotel rooms, cabins and restaurant. My favorite item to eat is the clam chowder, rich, creamy and thick. Another item to try is calamari steak, cut into sticks, comes with a dipping sauce.
Lovely location. Food was great and staff very friendly and professional. A very nice resort. Next time we will stay there and thoroughly enjoy everything.
Flavorless food. Two kinds of wings and both were awful. Dip had no taste. Fish and chips were greasy and small portion. No view seating was a disappointment. only reason for stars was very friendly waitress who mixed up the order.
Top notch! From a welcoming and knowledgable team to beautifully plated/YUMMY food our large family had a WONDERFUL experience. We LOVED the hot buttered rum, Spanish coffee, eggs benedict, spicy chicken sandwich, french dip and the kids literally squeezed when their plates arrived :)
The chicken sandwich was excellent. The menu says crispy chicken but I asked to have it grilled instead of deep-fried. The onion jam and aïoli on it were delicious and the roll was perfection. Unfortunately the Gem salad was awful. It was 90% corn. Tough,...hard and chewy corn. Literally 8 black beans, no cotija. Lots of over spiced dressing though. Really could not have been worse. Give the Campbell’s lemonade a try though. Very tasty. And our waitress was delightful. It’s hard to believe the kitchen would put out the salad so awful.More
Disappointing. Prime NY steak ordered medium and was served very rare. Sent back. Some improvement but still undercooked and lacked the quality of a true prime cut. Second order was Pub Burger. Burger was good. Fries were served soggy. Anyone with a sense of quality...would not have plated those fries. We've had very good meals at Campbell's so our hope is that this is an anomaly and not the new norm.More
We are here for a conference and needed food quickly. This place not only met my time restrictions, it was delicious. We ordered the shepherds Pie and the short ribs. I highly recommend.
The menu is creatively descriptive but misleading. This is not fine food nor anything close. I’m sure a quick check would find appetizers sitting in a freezer because i doubt they know how to cook. Locals donot eat here!
We’re locals, and try to minimize trips into Chelan during the summer tourist season…a bit too crowded for our liking. After Labor Day we start hitting the restaurants regularly again. Campbell’s was today’s lunch destination and didn’t disappoint. My bride had the tomato and prosciutto...grilled sandwich, and I had the crispy chicken sandwich. Both were amazing. The chef continues to create new and innovative dishes, while keeping some of the long time favorites. Our server (Rosa) was fantastic. Friendly, professional and attentive…without being too attentive. Overall great experience. We’ll be back soon!More
We’ve been coming here for over 30 years and have always loved the place and food. Now, however they have a new chef who has changed the menu eliminating most of our favorites from many years. The food now is fine but seems to be...dedicated to a new demographic, not sure which one. The wait staff has also been told not to allow substitutions such as hash browns for potatoes which seems bound to drive many customers away. Disappointing.More

We have eaten here twice, lunch once and dinner and will defiantly return to try the breakfast menu. The menu has something for everyone and its kid friendly. Our waitress, Sierra, was knowledgeable, and friendly.
