We enjoy Eddy’s a couple times a month. Usually a combination dinner #4. Good service and good food. This restaurant has been a long time favorite for Colfax families

They are always willing to serve you, even if closing time is 10 minutes away! Great food, great service with great prices!
There is not a large selection of places to eat in Colfax. With that said you can't go wrong by dining at Eddy's. It isn't the decor that keeps the folks coming back. The food is fantastic and that is what your there for!
The locals have kept this place going for many years...hats off to this kind hearted community. The food was not terrible but seriously, who serves Chinese's chicken with gravy, fried rice with no flavor or spices, and bbq pork appetizer cold or appetizers with only...More

I had dinner here. It was very quiet but then Colfax is not very big. The dinner was very good, not the best Chinese I ever had, but for this little town, quite acceptable.
