Consistently inconsistent over the years seems that the restaurant has been put out of its misery as it is out of business and a sign on the building indicates a pizza restaurant is opening soon.

We thought we'd give this restaurant another try. When it first started out many years ago, it was a real treat to eat there. Go on the right day and be serenaded by somebody laying the piano or another instrument. We took guests there several times in the earlier years. They opened a second restaurant in Poulsbo. We tried it.... More

The decor was typical western themed because it's a steakhouse. I agreed to go because they have a very nice seafood selection as well. They have music on Fri and Sat nights. A guitar player. The service was excellent. The food was delicious. Very friendly staff. Overall it was a nice evening. I would definitely recommend the Whiskey Creek Steakhouse... More

The waiter, Michael, is very nice. After that it's really all downhill. The room is unattractive and the food is mediocre at best (my father-in-law loves the cole slaw, though). Not going back.

I always enjoy eating at Whiskey Creek Steakhouse but was a little disappointed at the slow service during lunch hour. Some co-workers and I went there but quickly learned there was only one server to cover everyone. She did well under the circumstances, but it did take a long time for everyone to get their food (which was delicious as... More

Whiskey Creek originated in an old building across the street from their current location. At that time the place was always packed with a waiting line. The food was exceptional and the decor of the place fitting. It was indeed a place to go for a good steak. The move to the "new" location seems to have changed things. The... More

We've been here before and it was better. Many issues this time: 1) garlic mashed tasted like reconstituted freeze dried; 2) bread was cotton batten-like buns; 3) very thin steak with gristle; 4) could have done without the too loud recorded cowboy music. However, the service was good, and the apple crisp dessert was excellent.

More for bar drinks than dinner. Bar tender was the waiter too. He tried, but the bar was busy and there were only 2 tables occupied in the restaurant side. We were ignored.

Went there to celebrate a birthday, but next time will just go to Costco and buy steaks to grill at home. Food was Not a good value, overpriced for what we got. Steaks not cooked to order and burger for child was overcooked and dry. Ambiance was nonexistent and seemed like it was an afterthought. Our waitress made us feel... More
