A must if you are in or near La Conner. Tulip season in April so very busy but seated right away. Friendly, helpful staff. Many great lunch options from soups to salads to more substantial offerings. I had the homemade creamy tomato soup and a half turkey and cranberry chutney sandwich in flax seed bread. Fabulous!! Saved room for the... More

We ate there two nights during our stay in La Conner. The first was outstanding and earned a five star rating. The other was mediocre and earned just three stars. Hence the four stars overall. Food and service the first night was superb. Portions are hugely generous. The fried brussels sprouts appetizer was big enough for two and very tasty.... More

Ordered the Skagit Spinach salad with locally grown fruit and Marionberry viniagrette. Very good! The combination of pepper bacon, gorgonzola cheese and the crunch of fresh pear with the dressing was lovely. Called in and was able to take the meal to go. Obviously, a popular place, as every table was full at 7pm. Wait staff was friendly and courteous.

Had a lovely lunch with friends. Clam chowder was tasty and my BLTA sandwich. My husband had an amazing hamburger that was delicious and made him so full we had to skip dessert. Don't miss the desserts if you have room. It is always encouraging to see how they kept the original charm of the Seed Store in the motif.... More

We arrived at 3:45 after a day of hiking at Deception Pass State Park to find a note on the door that they had closed until 4:15 "to prepare for dinner". This frustrated us, as the hours they had posted clearly said they would be open. It was a gorgeous sunny day in WA, so we walked the town a... More

We went for lunch as part of the tulip festival trip. It was recommended by the guide and so we went. Apparently it is a very popular restaurant as it was full of costumers soon it opened. We order fried oysters, chowder and beef salad. It took almost 45 minutes for the food to arrive. Yet the food was amazing... More

Grabbed an Odin beer first. Then the Brussels sprouts which were really tasty and fast. Next up, the Twisted Reuben, and then the desert case is calling. Great pies, chocolate peanut butter cheesecake. Perfect day with friends.
