Just an ordinary tavern/bar setting. Nothing special about it. Drinks and food costs are somewhat higher than in Spokane. Service was so-so.
We've been here when there was some kind of event going (game night??) & it was pretty noisy. But for lunch yesterday, it was quiet and pleasant, good service.
Good burgers, GREAT club sandwich, tasty beer battered fries. Service can get slow when they are busy. If you are in a hurry and more than half of the tables are full, go somewhere else.
Food is good but the bar is very close which can be very noisy.....not a couples place that would be quiet and romantic, at times the waitress couldn't hear us to take our order. The waitress wasn't very friendly.

What a delightful find, an original old bar that serves real hamburgers (not frozen patties). Friendly folks, beautiful original back bar, great food right in this little town where we spotted the "Welcome to International Selkirk Loop" sign.
Enjoyed soft and hard shell tacos, reasonable, beverages and local color as we cheered on the Gonzaga Bulldogs on tv. Quick serve for the number of people there. Children OK until 9 p.m. so this is family friendly.
My husband and I like to drop by Kelly's for their Bacon Cheesburger and a beer. It's inexpensive and the food is great. We used to play pool, but the last time we went in they had taken all the tables out :(
