Good value, good price, big portions, on below average stripmall Thai food. No lemon or sweetener for iced tea, rice was hard, chicken was dry. No actual chef here, you can tell. I would spend more elsewhere next time.
I haven't tried Sweet Rice downtown, but I went to this place for Pad Thai the other day and it was pretty good, but the spring rolls we had were so-so. If you're in the mood, I wouldn't say no.

1-2-3 Thai is our go-to for take-out. We love their curry and spring rolls. You may have to wait for 15 minutes sometimes, but the food is always hot and fresh.
