My husband and I randomly came out to eat here since we just happened to be driving by after finding out our planned dinner restaurant was closed on Sunday. I am so glad we found this spot. From the moment we stepped foot into this restaurant the owner and the cook made us feel extremely welcome. The cook was so... More

The food was good but they were definitely under staffed. There was only one cook and he was doing everything in the restraint. They messed up our orders and over charged us and weren't being understanding about it. The food is expensive in general. The cook was entertaining but would not go back.

The chef, BJ, is very entertaining with puns, jokes, songs, and juggling utensils. He's positive and draws the guests into his food prep. The wait staff is disorganized. I had to ask for my green tea, which came with my meal, twice. The water three times. The food cart was short by one full order and so not everybody at our... More

Four of us had dinner here last evening to celebrate a birthday. They weren't busy because we arrived at 5:30 p.m. on a Thursday evening. Consequently, the service was excellent. The chef cooked our fried rice on the grill first, then the meat items (chicken, shrimp, scallops and steak), and lastly the variety of vegetables. He used humor in his... More

We got a tiny bit of rice. Could not chew steak. Lobster was a tiny bit each. We spent a lot of money. Never again. I think people like the novelty.

Sat for twenty minutes at our full table waiting for the chef to start cooking. When he arrived, he had dirt under his fingernails. Nice. Lackluster knife and cooking skills. Food was ok.

My husband and I came here on a whim, just hitting the search button for steakhouses on my phone's map app. We ended up coming at a time between lunch and dinner (2pm on a Sunday) and we had the entire place to ourselves. Can't comment on the wait for a table or food because, well we were the only... More

I'm not crazy about the Japanese steak house shtick-balancing eggs on the spatula, making ethnic jokes with the food, the flames roaring in a flash, the onion volcano...but some of my friends do, and so I went along with them. I ordered the shrimp and calamari steak. The shrimp was okay, but he overcooked the calamari. This isn't hard to... More

Fuji is a "hibachi"style japanese restaurant. Each table-grill seats 8. The food was OK but expensive. The decor run down. Watching the chef cook is a lot of fun. They put on very good shows. Service can be slow, particularly if you come as a couple. They will seat you but wait for more people to show up before assigning... More
