Wenatchee has little in the way of fine dining and we need to budget for more expensive outings. Usually Visconti's is reliable, but something might have changed in the 2 years since my last birthday visit. Bread served at fine restaurants should come to the table warm. Italian food is meant to be subtle: The olive oil dip that came... More

The restaurant is in the heart of Leavenworth and is definitely a change from the Bavarian theme of the town . The restaurant has 2 floors and is a little bit tight when it comes to seating so reservations are recommended . Prices are moderate to high , taking into account portion size and the fact that you pay for... More

We chose this place based on reviews it got. And wow did it live up to them! The food was authentically Italian, fresh made, fresh ingredients. Loved every bite. Excellent quality wine and top notch service. The Ravioli was perfect with a aoli sauce that I have to have again. The bruschetta.... mmmm. so good. The creme dessert... everything was... More

This is a very nice place, perfect for a quiet date night. Lights are dim and service is very attentive. I like that they have a tasty gluten free pasta that they can use in most of the dishes if you are gluten sensitive. The little salad was good. My daughter liked the bread basket. However we both got the... More

Visconti's is a small restaurant with a short but still varied menu. I tried the special of pork saltimbocca and it was wonderful--hot, fresh and flavorful. The gelato was great too. The server was pleasant and helpful. I've heard the restaurant is a favorite with locals, and I can see why!

We went with 6 people for a birthday dinner on a weeknight. One of the reasons we picked it is that we thought it might be quiet since some of our party had hearing issues. But it was actually quite lively -- a popular spot, it seems! (So the hearing idea didn't work out so well, but it was no... More

Visconti's is an old school Italian restaurant with good, but not great food. When the lamb at an eastern Washington restaurant is from New Zealand (and I am guessing Costco), there is a disconnect. My cannelloni was rich and tasty and the service warm, friendly and fast (but not too friendly). Good value of the canned ingredient variety.
