Winthrop is one of our favourite destinations. We discovered this Cantina while exploring Winthrop. It's now our "go to" place to eat. In our experience, the food is very good - and the service is excellent..

It is an OK place to eat, but not my first choice in Winthrop. More than a diner, but not gracious eating by any means. Food is good, but not great.

Service is friendly. The food came in misshapen portions. Mexican food is served in massive sizes; burgers are the size of a fast food hamburger. It is difficult to ascertain the theme of the location, but if you want a warm meal served with a warm smile, this is your place.

They were the only restaurant we could find in town that was open for breakfast on a Sunday morning, and we were pleasantly surprised. Nice and cozy atmosphere, I ordered omelette and my husband had French toast and bacon, both very tasty. Out waiter was very attentive and courteous.

Great Mexican breakfasts, too much food (we find this everywhere in the US). Plenty to choose from and I especially love the huevos rancheros "señorita". As spicy as you like. A very quaint place.

Used to be THE standby, but time has not been kind to this old stalwart of the community. Perhaps if the weather had been nicer we could have eaten outside on the expansive deck. Instead we had to retreat to the tired interior. Staff was great and very attentive, but that didn't make up for the standard food or the... More

The restaurant is a great place for breakfast and for dinner with a wide variety of choices. It is a Mexican style restaurant and if the weather allows it you can have a great outside dinner on the deck.

It was years since I ate there I was told it was under new management so I gave it another chance. And was surprised. Service was good the food was good and the price was fair.

Second time I enjoyed a meal here. This time it was lunch and they were very friendly and helpful when ordering. I highly recommend them if you are in Winthrop.

We came to this restaurant, ordered our food. Got served soon after. One of the members of our party got food poisoning.
