The ol' Miner Burger was one we all wanted to go get as a kid. Well, the place just ain't quite what it used to be. The building, parking, and crouds seem to be getting the best of the ol' fav. The inside seating is growing all the time and people are not near as polite either. Getting in and... More

Miner's is famous for their burgers but they have many other non burger food options (mexican etc.) This is a burger review. I stop at every burger stand I come across. I love burgers. There has to be something unique about the burger to make me want one again. Miner's unique quality is it's size, not the flavor. It is... More

Superfantastic Burgers!!! Great iconic family resturant in Yakima! A "Must Stop" for good food at a reasonable price -- huge servings!! Excellant, pleasant service - very quick, easy access too!!

I have been eating here since 1977. It has gone through changes to keep up with the times. It Stl, has the "local" atmosphere. The burgers are big and a small order of fries is big enough for two. If you have not tried this establishment, you certainly should!

Miner's one of those places that people say you MUST visit when coming to Yakima. It's been an institution in Yakima for decades, so maybe it's just nostalgia. In my opinion, the burgers just aren't that great. They are HUGE, but average at best. Go to Bob's Burgers across town instead.

This has been my favorite restaurant in town since I was a little girl. I always enjoyed coming here. Moved away for 4 years, came back and one of the first restaurants I ate at was Miner's. I always order there Miner Burger with onion rings and a shake. There burgers are huge and slightly messy! I always end up... More

All-American iconic stop. Burgers, fries, and milkshakes all made for giants. Delicious going down, feel like crap after. Why do we do this to ourselves? In all fairness, they do offer a big salad selection, but my 7-year-old was hell-bent on a ham sandwich the size of her head, so we split it so we wouldn't waste $ or food.

Stopped in this place because someone had recommended it and then seen it on here as being the number 2 place in Yakima. Went with the Big Miner Burger and onion rings. When it came out I thought it was going to be great because this looked like a very big burger. However I was extremely disappointed when really it's... More

The best burgers, shakes and fries you will ever eat. More than generous portions. We have to make the run over the pass to have these a couple of times a year.

Humongous burgers that could be split for two people. The fries come in big proportions too. A large shake leaves no room for a burger and fries. Have an appetite here.
