After reading the reviews, I wanted to try the local version of 1 of my favorite foods - BBQ. Went in on a Wednesday at 4 PM, which a reviewers said was a slow day. Also read they they cook a pig each day. Was told they were out of BBQ. So disappointed we went to a nearby restaurant instead.

My wife and I shared ribs. Which I thought were fine. My nephew had pulled pork and also thought it was fine. The issue was prior to the food being served. I wiped the sticky table off and the wet wipes were black. We were gonna leave then our food came. We just pray the kitchen is cleaner than the... More

I frequent this place often to get my BBQ fix and they never disappoint. I absolutely love the pulled pork. It's always juicy and I love the smoky flavor. I'm also a big fan of their hush puppies paired with their house made "Comeback sauce." If you're in the mood for a brew, they have a decent & reasonably priced... More

The brisket was dry and the sauce was just OK. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. Food could be better, but was inexpensive.

Recently my wife and I went to Martin's BBQ Joint in Morgantown, WV for lunch. The restaurant itself is a large, casual eatery, located in the Suncrest Town Centre Shopping Plaza, with plenty of free parking, near Int. 68.You order your food at the counter, and they bring it to you tableside. We both ordered a pork sandwich that came... More

This BBQ restaurant was good. The menu was good size and had something for every one. Free refills for soda and free moon pie for dessert.

This is a real BBQ joint. Small chain originating in Tennessee. There is one sandwich on the menu that will knock your socks off: The Brisket Burger. Order it just the way it comes: I am told the chopped meat is half brisket & half chuck, some cheese, some grilled onions, a slice of smoked brisket meat on top, some... More

We went here for dinner on Fathers' Day. I had spare ribs with sauce and my wife had them dry. For each order, the 4 ribs were very meaty but the sauce was a bit too tangy for me. The dry rub did not add much to the taste. The hush puppies were drier than I like, but had an... More

Been here a few times and the food has been consistently good. Very relaxed atmosphere. Nice people. Very friendly. I had the ribs and my friend had the pulled pork sandwich. The pork and beans were one of my faves.
