Went there with another couple. This place is mostly for the younger crowd IMHO. Still, it was interesting, fun, and the staff was friendly and well-informed on their menu items. A little crowded inside, but there are a couple of tables out on the sidewalk too. I would go again.

My husband and I have eaten at this restaurant many times since discovering it. The restaurant itself is quite quaint and charming. The wait staff are very attentive and friendly. The food is outstanding!! Have never had anything that I didn't like. It also has a very unique offering each time with regard to the special. Definitely save room for... More

Arrived at noon sharp for lunch with an associate, and not a moment too soon. The place was almost at capacity. I was lucky enough to get a table near the front so I could see when my friend arrived. I had one of the best crab cakes that I've ever had. Flaky, lots of crab meat with hardly any... More

So glad we found this place. The retro decor was fun, menu was short but had a variety, prices were reasonable. I'm eating low carb so I ordered the ahi tuna seared and blackened with double veggies and it was delicious. I still was a bit hungry but the price of $13 fit my fullness with this super healthy meal.... More

Excellent bloody mary & burritos. Got a table right away. Place was packed & people had to be turned away.

We went here after hiking at Devil's Lake all day. The staff is super nice, they have that small town charm. I don't know if they've just kept the same set up for a long time or if they're intentionally going for the retro feel. Walking in you feel transported in time back to a small town diner. They have... More

Chose this restaurant off Trip Advisor because had a good review and an interesting menu. The food was fantastic: flavorful, unique, interesting but not pretentious. Nice wine list. Old fashioned diner atmosphere with current music. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Loved absolutely everything about it. Not inexpensive, but worth the money. One of the best meals I have had... More

This is always our restaurant of choice when we are in the Baraboo/Devil's Lake area. Very good food, good service, friendly wait staff. The menu has a nice variety of items to choose from, and very yummy desserts!!!

In town to spend time at the lake, and stopped here or dinner. We didn't have a reservation, so we ended up at the counter, which was great. The place has an old time feel to it, but the menu choices are fresh and up to date. Great food, fun service. Would recommend it without reservation.

Stopped by for lunch. Ordered the hummus plate and soup of the day: lentils, curry, and sweet potato. Both were delish! Nice local flavor. This is a nice respite from the gazillion tourist traps.
