We ate here and were pleasantly surprised to find the pizza to be nearly the same as our favorite hometown pizza place. We had a medium for the two of us, which was four pieces too much. Stuffed! I would have liked to have a plate but their method is a paper placemat, which worked for the pizza squares (not... More

True enough, they have been established here for decades. We thought we would try them again on the off-chance that something had improved in the last twenty years. As awful and over-priced as ever. A chain pizza place is a block away--you are better off there. There are even better pizzas, but these are further from downtown (the other non-chain... More

Pizza is great, three sizes all thin crust if you order onions be prepared for a lot. reasonably priced. Video games available as well as pool table and foosball table. Some booths available most picnic table like seating with place mats used as plates. Pizza does come in a reasonable time and is well cooked.

The Price of the pizza was very high, the taste was bland at best. There are no plates not even paper, no utensils, not even plastic, and the guy taking orders was just plain rude...Frozen pizza is a better option.

We stopped here for lunch during our northwoods vacation. Didn't really know what to expect, but we were presently surprised. It was packed, which we thought was a good sign. The pizza is very solid here. It's a very thin crust, almost like a cracker crust. Good sauce, good toppings, good cheese. It was a really solid pizza. Just so... More

Pizza was bland beyond belief, it was extremely pricey and the staff, especially the owner were extremely rude! When you yell at children who simply ask for ranch, you don't offer plates and have no real drink options well you fail on all levels.

Don't visit here...everything about this experience was awful. The owner is obnoxious, ackward and actually scolded us in front of the entire restaurant for asking for ranch dressing by staying we should go back to where we came from. The pizza is tasteless, the soda is flat, they don't have plates or silverware, and the staff don't know their own... More

Alexander's is a staple up north as much as the lakes. It has a bit of a nostalgic feeling. However after that, it is okay pizza, but bad service and a place that hasn't been remodeled probably since it opened. If it is your first time, have low expectations like no parmesan cheese, no plates, and no utensils. if you... More
