For our last dinner in door county we choose this wonderful restaurant!! It was amazing the food, the staff, the owner, the whole overall experience was wonderful! We would definitely make sure you make room for the food and a visit here!!
This was our second visit to this restaurant. Like our first visit, we had a great dining experience. Our server, Dayton, gave us great service. Our food was spectacular - fish and chips and swordfish. One of the owners stopped by to chat with us....They are very COVID safety conscious. And save room for the beignets. The food was great! We heard the owner was also the chef and we got a lot of respect for that. I love the mussels appetizer, it had sweet coconut flavor without fishy smell or taste at all. It’s nice trying something different. I requested...a lettuce 🥬 for personal choice of having greens included in my meal but I was surprised with how the chef grilled it and topped it with a delicious homemade dressing! The fillet mignon that my husband ordered was done wonderfully. My daughters enjoyed their food and the service was great!More

This was totally unexpected! I have never been to New Orleans, but one of our party goes there several times a year and it brought back culinary memories. We had lobster/andouille hush puppies (not for the faint of heart), roasted tomato bisque, jambalaya, shrimp and...grits, and pork belly confit —-and beignets for dessert. We are sorry that this is our only meal, in Egg Harbor - would prefer to stay a week and sample more items. Thank you for having outside seating .More
The food was amazing!! We started with the pickle chips- a very generous portion, excellent breading. The hot ham and cheese sandwich was delicious! The grilled peaches, with goat cheese and arugula was out of this world!!
The ambiance was lovely, a little bit better than casual but you could still come dressed casually and be fine. We were focused on the Cajun offerings and weren't disappointed. We asked for the recipe for our entree and the chef came out to talk...us through what he did. Lovely, lovely man. And since he's from Louisiana, it's really Cajun. We ended up getting a sample of the other item we had been thinking about. You need to try either the jambalaya or the shrimp and grits.More
Every trip up to Door County we like to try new places to eat. This met and exceeded our expectations. I had the prime rib with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. My wife had the southwest andouille mac, excellent! Definitely will be back here again
