We stopped in here on our recent Door County vacation after seeing it on Wisconsin Foodie. We're glad we did. It was still quite warm (for mid October) but we decided to eat inside instead. The interior is kinda cramped, so if you don't like being close to other diners, you may want to eat outside (if the weather allows).... More

If you want a pizza with traditional toppings or your taste runs to trying more "original" creations, when paired with their crust and wood-fired preparation, I can't imagine you would be disappointed in your choice. We have ordered other items from their menu and been very happy with everything they have prepared. Their bread basket is outstanding with a choice... More

So much of pizza is the crust and Wild Tomato has a very good thicker/chewy crust. We had the D-Lux and the ingredients were excellent and the crust was very good. The service was attentive and friendly. Probably the best pizza option north of Sturgeon Bay. A tad pricy vs say Green Bay, but for Door County not bad.

We stayed in Egg Harbor and ordered pizza for carryout from Wild Tomato. The pizza was incredible. It is well worth stopping in or carrying out from Wild Tomato if you are pizza lover.

We ordered a pizza on a cold November evening. It was ready exactly when promised, and was delicious. We love the location, too - right across the street from Julie's, our favorite motel in Door County. Couldn't be any more convenient.

During the summer months, the Wild Tomato is a great place to take kids, and adults to get great tasting pizza or pasta dishes in Door Co. They have a chef twirling the pizza dough to thin it out, and kids love to watch how it is made.

Decided to stop at this location. Wait was not bad on a weekend. Outside bar service offered. Heaters on the patio provided warmth and nice lighting. Salad and vegetable appetizer were generous sizes and delicious. They offered 2 sizes on salads. Will return next time.

Food is fantastic! If you're in a hurry or hate waiting, don't go. There is always a wait but their food is so worth it
