It started out a bit stuffy but this place came through in the end with one of best meals in recent memory. The Wild Sage has a small 3-4 table bar off to the side of the lobby. It was all but closed when we...More
Always interesting, thought-provoking meals served here! The menu is limited, but every meal comes out with great intention. On my most recent visit, the gnocchi with brocolini and mustard was so amazing, I'm still thinking about it. Add in the grapefruit salad with persimmon and...More
Wild Sage is the top dining experience in Jackson. Their food is top-tier and I've never been disappointed with them. Note that it is also appropriately priced. This is an excellent date night location.
Three of us for my wife’s birthday dinner. Spouse and our daughter had the Wagyu beef medallions on ravioli. Both remarked how spectacular that entrée was. Tasty, tender, and perfectly prepared.
I had the lamb tenderloin slices with blackened greens and a half-bottle of French...More
We enjoyed the most amazing meal here in September 2018, and it was so good we decided to stay at the Rusty Parrot lodge in February 2019 so we could enjoy dining at Wild Sage without having the hassle of driving. The dishes are creative,...More

We do not have a dress code and Jackson is a casual western town. Our guests are most comfortable to clean up a bit from the activities of the day before dining, long pants and collared shirt for men and something cute/classy for the ladies. A sport coat or cocktail dress would not be inappropriate, but if you need to come straight from fly-fishing or the golf course you could come as is. And yes, we have plenty of available free parking.
