Wild Sage is the top dining experience in Jackson. Their food is top-tier and I've never been disappointed with them. Note that it is also appropriately priced. This is an excellent date night location.

Three of us for my wife’s birthday dinner. Spouse and our daughter had the Wagyu beef medallions on ravioli. Both remarked how spectacular that entrée was. Tasty, tender, and perfectly prepared. I had the lamb tenderloin slices with blackened greens and a half-bottle of French...More

We enjoyed the most amazing meal here in September 2018, and it was so good we decided to stay at the Rusty Parrot lodge in February 2019 so we could enjoy dining at Wild Sage without having the hassle of driving. The dishes are creative,...More

Food was presented cold had to send back - duck too fatty - some of the group’s food was good - potato soup, green salad, wait staff was weak. Will not be going back.

Wild Sage was the culinary highlight of our recent trip to the Jackson Hole region and very reasonably priced for the quality of food and service on offer with a wine list to accommodate most budgets. Wait staff were attentive (but restrained) and good tag...More

After reading rave reviews about Wild Sage we ventured out on a snowy Christmas evening for our family dinner. We love restaurants who know who they are. Wild Sage tried to put on airs with mediocre food and unnecessarily pretentious presentations. Understand first , it...More

The dining room is small with a rustic elegance. Our waiter was very professional and knowledgeable of the menu items. We had the pumpkin seed bisque and pork belly appetizers, duck and lamb mains, and berry cobbler and pear tart desserts. Everything was outstanding. The...More

This is the best restaurant in Jackson Hole. Period. Service is excellent and the wine list is superb. The food is impeccable, and just the BEST dining experience ibn the valley.

This being our first trip to Jackson, and being there to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary, we definitely wanted someplace special to go to for dinner. Jackson has many wonderful restaurants, but Wild Sage was recommended by the Concierge at our hotel as the perfect...More

Staying at the Rusty Parrot of course we had to try the onsite restaurant, Wild Sage. We had dinner the first nite which was very good and interesting with a great mix of wild game dishes and classic fare. It started with a take on...More

Sorry, I don't remember. Given the talent of the chef and kitchen staff, though, I would be very surprised if they couldn't accommodate vegetarian or even vegan diners.

We do not have a dress code and Jackson is a casual western town. Our guests are most comfortable to clean up a bit from the activities of the day before dining, long pants and collared shirt for men and something... More
