My husband loved it I thought it was just ok. Staff was super nice! Views from the deck were good. I would say it is a locals haunt. A ways out of town and a little tough to find. Very casual relaxed atmosphere.

This is a "hang loose" place and a great spot to relax after work or the slopes. Excellent wings, margarita, and the largest shake a day in the valley.

Found the Bird by searching, and loved it for beer, steak and burgers. Many locals here mid-week. Good looking bar with flat screens, live music here sometimes.

We both got the Dirty $&@$! burger mainly because the idea of having pickled beets was unique. The burger was very good. Next time we'd get a few more slices of beets. The burger alone has a great flavor so it could stand alone with no other toppings. Served on an English muffin. The fresh cut fries and chips were... More

This smallish pub/burger joint is very close to where I was staying in Melody Ranch Wy, so I gave it a try. At 7pm on a Thursday night, it wasn't very busy, it was very much a locals meet up and the food was priced well. I had hot wings and a glass of wine (because they didn't have any... More

We had a few people recommend this place to us. We are glad we went. Be patient though. It can take a bit to get a table and the food is all homemade so it takes long. Great burgers. I had the steak and mash dinner and it was delicious! My family had burgers and they all were great!! Good... More

This is by far one of my favorite places to eat - we go at least once every few weeks. Food is great, music is great, employees are great....totally worth every penny!

You need to know this is a neighborhood hangout, and they have particular rules...such as no diet sodas served. No onion rings. Etc. Don't try to mess with their menu. All 6 of us loved our food- different burgers and the bratwurst. The pitchers of beer were great- numerous ones on tap to choose from. Giant TV behind the bar.... More

The Bird is a restaurant/pub/bar combination that is fairly busy almost all of the time during happy hour and dinner - that says a lot because the locals love it. We were last there to say farewell to a coworker leaving the valley and had beers with a great bratwurst (on a bun with sauerkraut) and fresh fries. In the... More

Located South of Town Square. The Bird provides one of the most fantastic views in the greater Teton Valley, with panoramic mountain vistas offering a brilliant sunset. A favorite watering hole of local legend Colonel Angus, it is a neighborhood pub atmosphere with rustic wood interior. Great for all but beware, the late-night scene can get quite rowdy and may not be suitable for families with young children. The Bird prides itself in offering a unique "local" experience whilst offering great cuisine. Not the place to be pandered to but if you wish to let loose, eat right, and escape the standard tourist trap come on in!
