First the atmosphere is similar to Germany in the 70s. Beers were by and large either Belgian or American. Don't expect to get a Bavarian Weißbier. The Schnitzel was small and frankly over priced and rather tasteless. Net don't go unless you have never been in an authentic Bavarian / Austrian restaurant. I can highly recommend "zum goldener Hirsch" in... More

We have been coming to Jackson for over 30 years. We've eaten hear at least 20 time. It is the only place we have been that hits the mark every time. Excellent service, atmosphere and classic menu. Thank you to Peter and the many who have served us over these years. They close the doors to this place forever in... More

Be prepared for a true Austrian gastronomic experience both in menu and atmosphere where waitstaff completes the scene in traditional Austrian dress. Our group was large and all left satisfied. The trout dip was outstanding and devoured by the tabl. The strudel - light and flaky with apples well-cooked with out losing shape and texture capped off a wonderful meal.

Enjoyed a lovely dinner on vacation in Jackson Hole. The cuisine is the real deal--better wienerschnitzel than we've had in some restaurants in Austria. The service is top notch--the staff was very accommodating with our 9-year old son. Lovely ambiance as well. Sadly we heard that the restaurant has been sold, so make sure it's on your list this season!

Veal and sausages are excellent, but save room for the strudel! This place is first class all the way, food presentation is second to none, and prices are very reasonable. You can tell as soon as you walk in that you are in for something special!! This place is a MUST!!

Please don't eat here. It's already too hard to get a table. :) Excellent food & service. Parking can be a challenge.

Stiegler's Restaurant is authentic Austrian fine dining! The food is WONDERFUL and the service is impecable. Great and varied menu using the finest ingredients. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with a fantastic fireplace and mountain view. Nice for a romantic dinner. It's family-friendly as well. It's my #1 choice when I'm in Jackson Hole. I was a little leary of trying Austrian food for the first time, especially in the United States in a mountain area known for steak and game. This turned out to be the best dinner pick ever. The restaurant, located in a resort area known as The Aspens, is decorated authentically but not in a corny manner. The waitstaff are... More

If you are looking for a really superb menu well executed with European dishes, this is your spot. Classically elegant restaurant, with very attentive and knowledgable staff. Our group of four enjoyed the duck, pork shank, veal with sweetbreads, and bacon wrapped scallops. Wonderful wine. The appetizers were all delicious, and this is the best apple strudel anywhere- served with... More
