It is in a small cabin - cozy. Great for dinner with family or friends. Nice choices on menu. Friendly non-fussy waitstaff.

Friendly staff, varied menu, gluten-free options, pleasant atmosphere. They had a really nice guitar player in the small bar area and that was something we really enjoyed. I hate to suggest it though because typically the more popular places become I see a decrease in quality. So don't go there!!

We had been recommended to the Blue Lion multiple times by various people as well as TripAdvisor. Not sure if they/we were just having an “off” night but we were slightly disappointed. We had a reservation and were seated promptly, but it was 10-15 minutes before anyone came to our table (and the restaurant was not full). This probably set... More

I love everything about this place. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is charming, and the service is great. It really feels like you're dining in someone's home rather than a fancy restaurant. Upon entering you are greeted by their staff and offered a beverage while you wait on one of their couches for your table to be cleared or... More

Whilst I did not have this it came highly recommended by many people. My husband had it and said it was amazing. I had the Elk tenderloin which came recommended too. The down side for my was almost all the menu items had dairy which I'm intolerant to and they didn't attempt to accommodate that. In fact my husband thought... More

How long has the Blue Lion been a go to restaurant in Jackson? It was there when I was in high school in the mid '70's- and has been a local tradition for solid high quality cuisine for years. The rack of Lamb is truly one of the best plates in the valley and should not be missed. The Salmon... More

They had a dude playing acoustic guitar by the bar in the cozy waiting area which was neat. They were super nice. Everybody you talk to in town says the Lamb is to die for but honestly, I wasn't that impressed. maybe I'm just not a lamb guy... They were really polite folks though.

Awesome little restaurant in Jackson Hole. I recommend the rack of lamb, but the trout my fiancee ordered was excellent as well!

This is the best restaurant if you like lamb chops. Which is why I really like this charming restaurant. Wine list is decent and ambiance is great.
