Mmmmm -- I had the Massaman curry with tofu -- excellent with the brown Jasmine rice & a limeade. There's a extensive menu that has both veggie & meat dishes. My server was friendly & professional.

I've never had curry like this before. I had the Masman Curry. What I liked about it was the mango. I've never eaten mango in a curry so I thought I'd try it. WOW! I could really taste the mango! Plus it also had chunks of potatoes which I also love. It is mildly spicy. But it is curry. Also... More

Didn't look like anything special, very casual, but superb! The food was savoury and tasteful, and more than reasonable portions. We took the green papaya salad and Tina's Thai Pizza. Wow!!! With the rests we had an other meal. Just check the open hours before going.

We went here for the first time on our last trip two years ago and couldn't stop talking about the Tom Kaw soup. In the 3 days we.ve been back to the Hilo side of the island we've been back twice. Yesterday for one of their beautiful salads and a curry dish. Both were a delicious mix of different spices... More

Went for what we thought was going to be a light dinner, but the portions are very generous and left pretty full and took leftovers with us back to our B&B. The place only has 8 tables or so, so recommend getting there early or call ahead for reservations. Healthy, quality ingredients. Tom Kha soup was outstanding. The broth was... More

I'm so sad. Really wanted to like this restaurant. We came here just for the Opakapaka. Called ahead to make sure they had it. Ordered both the black beans steamed Opakapaka and the grilled Opakapaka on Noni Salad. Marked Market Price on the menu. But they both tasted like frozen Basa or Swai fish. Extremely soft with no bounce. Maybe... More

My wife and I went in for lunch. I had the Thai spaghetti and she had the Thai pizza (shrimp). I thought the spaghetti had too much sauce on it, but it's unique and I'm glad I tried it once. The Thai pizza was something I've never seen before and kind of a weird combination, but it was really good.... More

It smelled so good from the outside we HAD to get lunch here. The menu is Thai/fusion-y. I got a great and HUGE Thai iced coffee. The portions are family style - so if you order a few dished you will be bringing back leftovers. We got the jammin salmon and the masman curry. I would highly recommend both! Great... More

This lovely small Thai restaurant is run by a wonderful family that grows the vegetables for the delicious dishes it serves. You can taste the subtle flavors and freshness of the food. We liked it so much we ate here twice. The early closing hours are the only drawback - the last order is taken at 4.30 p.m. so Tina's... More
