The food sucked and the waitstaff was not not that good. I would pass on this. Don't go find a different place to eat.

I give them 5 stars because you get exactly what you expect diner style food should be, you shouldn’t go to if you expected petite meal sizes, small menu and overly healthy choices. The pancakes were cooked well and were yummy with the maple syrup....More

My family and I came here for lunch and loved the place! The menu and food portions were large and everyone enjoyed their meal! It was a fun diner experience! Would definitely go back!

My husband and I went there around 1400 on a Friday and there was no wait for seating. The waitress was very nice and informative. The menu is overwhelming and offers a variety of food. I ordered a breakfast plate and to tell you the...More

I love Ken’s. We always eat there at least once during our business trips. Service is fast and friendly. Prices are below normal Hawaii restaurants so that’s a plus. You can walk here from any hotel on Banyon dr. Food is always delicious. Their pineapple...More

Went to Ken’s for breakfast. You’ll find nearly all of the traditional short order breakfast items on the menu and if your favorite is missing just ask, they’ll probably be able to accommodate you. Most items include a short stack of pancakes that can be...More

The only 24/7 restaurant in Hilo that I know of. Menu is very extensive. The prices are reasonable, and portions are generous. I love the oxtail soup. Daily specials such as Prime Rib, etc. 10% discount for senior citizens. Very well run and the staff...More

I'm not sure of the average price, because they have tons of options. It is a family restaurant, but prices at any restaurant in Hawaii generally are higher than many places on the mainland.
