The only day they have Portuguese Bean Soup is Friday, but they also have some of the best tasting Fish and Chips using Ono. Very reasonable for great tasting Ono and the Soup is a must have. Love it

Tiny place with great hospitality and even better food! Try the Loco Moco ... Delicious! The grass fed Hawaiian beef in my burger was awesome. Worth the drive off highway 19, in the historic village of Honoka'a.

We enjoyed our late lunch at this local restaurant. Service was very friendly and timely. The only issue was when we received our check and the bill was higher than the prices on the menu and we were double charged for one add-on to a...More

Portuguese-themed restaurant serving American and some local dishes. We've had both breakfast and lunch/dinner meals there and it was solid, all around. We stop here as we drive to/from Kona and have never been disappointed. It's not, say, Michelin-star worthy, but it doesn't claim to...More

The title says it all – it was busy when we arrived and busy when we left. The menu has enough variety to keep everyone happy. The BLT was delicious; while the ‘small’ Moco Loco bowl was still a big serving. The pulled pork on...More

This place was recommended by the folks that guided our atv tour . It was the best food I had the entire time on the island. Will definitely be back next time.

Gramma's Kitchen is rather small, so I'm pretty sure they won't take reservations. When we visited on a Saturday in November, they were closing at 3 pm. Be sure they are open or, come between 1-2:30
