No flavored lattes here, but also no need. The coffee is quite good and the baristas pay attention to preparation. Oh, and the chocolate-dipped macaroon is made with coconut chips and is deadly wonderful!

I agree with the sign near their register that says something like 'Boycott Corporate Coffee.' This little gem always has a line, but be patient. It's worth it. Staff is wonderful, great coffee, great little place.

Excellent selection of coffee from the Islands. Baked goods are exceptional with a broad spectrum of choices. A great place to start a day of adventures on the Big Island. The staff is attentive and responsive.

The staff were so friendly and personable, it made eating there a cheerful experience on a dreary rainy morning. My husband loved the local coffee, he liked it better than Kona! He also ate a breakfast burrito which did not disappoint. My bagel with lox was delicious! The lox were perfect and not too salty. We would eat there again... More

My daughter and I were eager to eat here. Coffees are great, pastries delightful, baristas very nice, and the live acoustic music was perfect for our first day in Hawaii. I had an avocado/bacon grilled sandwich--delish! The shops around the cafe are fun to explore, and the staff in every spot had great tips for our journey (such as the... More

This place is certainly worth the visit. Don't call it a hipster coffee joint, but this is not your corner Starbucks either. Its less pretentious! Located in Parker Square, this is a small venue with limited seating. Pop in for a cup, maybe buy some beans and some merch and enjoy life.

Pleasant setting to drink a cup of coffee with a bit of a sweet thing, the seating is limited, but the wait is usually not too long. The wait for sandwich, wraps etc.is a little too long. They close early.

This is a such a great business. It has such a nice which starts with the staff, amazing coffee, great pastries and very often has someone playing an acoustic. Nice place to hang out inside and outside. If in the area be certain to stop in.

Visited Waimea Coffee Co. for our last memorable cup of coffee for our 2017 Hawaii Trip 🙂. We need to fly out in a few hours 😔. I had the little chocolate pudding and a drip coffee. As before, wonderful!

We stumbled into this place desperate for coffee and pleasantly surprised to taste some very fine brews. They definitely know what they're doing here. I also had a coconut chocolate macaroon which was also amazing.

Description
Food: We use the freshest ingredients available, in most cases, farmed right here on the big island. We have an herb garden out back which we use to make all of our own homemade soups and sauces. We shop at the local farmers markets for many ingredients. We care about what goes into our bodies and our community! This means we don't believe in microwaves, GMO foods, or artificial flavorings. We do believe in organic, local, and gluten free alternatives. We believe that fresh foods are better for all of us. All produce and baked goods are sourced locally! Come check us out :) Coffee and Tea: We have friendly, knowledgeable baristas here to craft you a delicious beverage. We use cold brewed coffee as our iced coffee. We feature our islands best coffees, available for personal pour overs and french presses. We also have 100% organic and local teas available for those who do not like coffee :)
