Came here originally with the photo tour and had a great meal. Also picked up some Mochi bread to go and very moist and enjoyed that later. I was in the area again the same week and stopped again and had the BBQ Kalua pork sandwich. Also had the Ginger water and both were great! Great place to stop on... More

Amazing paradise punch smoothie! So great that it's taro and non dairy. Ginger lemonade was lemonade with a punch. Delish! We sampled mochi cake--melt in your mouth amazing!! Definitely worth stopping along your north shore travels.

Outstanding tour of the taro fields, the history and challenges of currently growing taro crops in Kuaui. Lindsay was a terrific host, speaker and very personable as she showed us her fields, the historic rice mill and highlighted area wildlife. We enjoyed this tour and the succeeding lunch so much that we will DEFINITELY return again. Thanks, Lindsay!

Really good food for a reasonable price. They have a good Hawaiian plate. Quick service as well. Watch out for the roosters, I had to fight one for my food.

One of my favorite things to eat in Hawaii is plate lunch and you can't get any better than what comes out of this food truck. The generous portion of kalua pork was juicy and tender and the poi was fresh. They even give you a perfect little piece of kulolo to top things off. The only nit I have... More

I went there three times on my last trip to Kauai. I really like the mochi cake which was even on sale ($3) on my 2nd visit. I tried kulolo the following day but I still prefer mochi cake. Kulolo is too sticky and wet for me. Will try their taro acai bowl next time.

Our second best meal in 10 days and the best take out by far. One of the best eats on the North Shore. Took it out to the beach along with some of their fruit juice.

I had been wanting to try Hawaiian food so we came here before starting our hike at ke'e beach. The portions are huge! My husband and I can eat a lot of food but we honestly wished we had split the king Kalo plate instead of both of us getting an entree. (He got a veggie burger, and while it... More

I have never tried Poi before and although it has a different flavor, I'm sure glad I tried it here. It was served with rice and Kahlua pork, which made it more tolerable.

Of all the eateries that I had read about before coming to Kaua'i, this was the place I was most excited about and it did not disappoint. The massive plate lunch with laulau and kalua pig fed my daughter and me (although I think we both wanted it all to ourselves). The kulolo was just as good as I had... More
