We ate there on during our trip . When we were there the queue wasn't too bad , the guys working there told us to wait ten minutes for our names to be called. They must have been on Aloha time .. took 30 minutes , which I found rather slow for a streetfood stand ... The food was ok... More

We stopped here on the way to Waimea Bay and the chicken really hit the spot! I'd recommend the secret sauce for dipping the chicken.

We stopped by there and I've tasted Hulihuli chicken on the mainland and it was nothing like this chicken. If you get a chance to stop by there and taste it, you won't be disappointed!

The twins who seem to be running things there were more than accommodating and were really great about the food allergy issues. I am more than impressed with the quality of food and service. These folks should be teaching the amateurs at Turtle Bay Resort how to do things the right way! The chicken is amazing, skin just how it... More

I was on the Surf Bus North shore tour, we were dropped off at Haleiwa. I saw Ray's chicken being grilled over wood, I had to try it. It was the Best!!!! Super tender chicken, full of flavor, perfectly grilled!!!!! Highly recommended!!!!

I had been wanting to try this even since I saw it featured on the travel channel. We just happened to be driving when we saw his stand set up on the side of the road. This was some of the best most authentic food we had all trip. If your looking for tables and waiters and typical tourist food... More

My wife and I stopped here early on our way to the beach on a Saturday so there were very few people around. It's great to see all those chickens turning on a huge open charcoal pit, smoke billowing everywhere. We placed our order for one whole chicken, cut up, with a side of rice and sauce ($11.25), waited about... More

Went here after eating a very disappointing lunch at Kono's. The chicken was delicious, juicy, hot, crispy all of the above. If you're on the North shore you gotta grab a couple of chickens for a beach picnic.

We ate lunch here and I'm so glad we did! Portions were large and filling. The chicken was some of the best I've ever had! I don't know what seasoning they use on the chicken but it is mouthwatering delicious and finger licking worthy! Also, the price was cheap for the amount of food you got too!
