This is a mom and pop restaurant that we've been going to for years for the wonderful food there. If you are amiable to poor service, the food is really tasty. A couple of years ago, the son of the owners began waiting on tables, and it is quite evident by his attitude that he doesn't want to be there... More

Hole in the wall family restaurant in Yogi building in Kaneohe Town. As name implies both Vietnamese and Thai food offerings on menu. Haven't tried everything on menu but everything we've tried has been delicious. My favorite dishes are the crepes, crispy noodles and panang curry. The crepes here are not the usual pancake-like crepes, it's a fried, crispy crepe.... More

Tiny mom and pop restaurant with 6-7 tables and a pretty extensive menu for the size. Have eaten there several times over the past few years and never disappointed. Got some take out today -good size portions and everything made to order and very fresh. Love the vegetarian pad thai and green papaya salad. The place is just spotless. Limited... More

Crepes here are wonderfully light, fresh, filled with vegetables and the sauce is delectable. The owner is so friendly and truly committed to providing you with a good experience.

This a small "mom & pop" kind of restaurant with authentic homemade Vietnamese fare with a little bit of Thai influence as well. The owner oftentimes waits on the tables and goes into the kitchen to cook the dishes. Make sure to ask her recommendations, we haven't been steered wrong and have been loyal customers since it's opened. Try the-hard... More

This tiny place is easy to recommend. Two elderly vietnamese run it and they do it very well. All the food we had was very good and the spirit was very friendly. Have some patience with the service - not all speak English - but they'll make it all up with the food!

We come to Hawaii two or three times year and every trip we eat here two to four times. It's that good. Very limited seating (maybe 14 seats?), so we usually phone in our order and pick it up. We've tried numerous items from the menu, including their Pad Thai (yum!), Pho, various curries, spring rolls, green papaya salad, lemongrass... More

We stumbled upon Pho Viet Thai while shopping at the supermarket in the center. The three of us had a delicious lunch! Chicken Pho, Lemongrass beef and vermicelli and fish curry were all excellent! I am spoiled when it comes to Vietnamese food since I live near Little Saigon in Orange County, CA but Pho Viet Thai fulfills high expectations!

best stuffed chicken wings i 've ever had. Lots of interesting mixes of thai and vietnamese food. the crepe is delicious, light, and unique. Some other great dishes are the sole with ong choy, the mixed pad thai, the mango chicken, beef stew. Curries are great but not authentically thai in my opinion. Service is generally good and they try... More

Pho Viet Thai is a Kaneohe local gem. Very small (six tables). Cuisine is mixed asian but mostly Vietnamese. Best Vietnamese restaurant on the island (Hale Vietnam was good, but is now overrated). Located in a very small strip mall that's difficult to find. Very busy during lunch, less so during dinner.
