Had the opportunity to meet friends and have dinner at Carmen's. I guess what I needed to keep in mind was that it was a Mexican restaurant in Guam. Being accustomed to the Mexican restaurants in the DFW area, I would rate Carmen's as just...More

We tried this place and loved it. Fast, attentive service. Fantastic food! I have a new favorite restaurant in Guam! We had the beef and chicken enchiladas and chimichangas. Best I've had anywhere. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Great food and good price. Service is great. Although menu is limited and space is small. Had asado and shrimp taco both are actually good. Will definitely return

Food is a little pricy but good quality and delicious. The tortillas are a little dry though. Also the restaurant feels crowded at times. I do love the food though don't get me wrong! I always get the carne asada plate very yummy

We were visiting Guam from Southern California so we are used to Mexican food from authentic to Del Taco-style. I got the grilled vegetable enchiladas with mole sauce, and it seemed carefully prepared and fresh. Our server was very attentive and friendly (but unobtrusive). It...More

My kids and I have been going to Carmen's for years. Our favorites are the carne asada, shredded beef burrito, shredded beef taco salad and chicken tortilla soup. Their margaritas are a hit and miss at times, but when they get it right - try...More
