If you wish to have great view, privacy & exclusive time for yourself alone or your group, this is one of the places to go to. Drinks, appetizers & light average meals are available. Don't forget to bring your camera, if you want to capture the great view of the sunsets from this 18th floor restaurant.

Have you ever been to Guam Reef. Be sure to check out the Top of the Reef especially during happy hour where you can experience the best sunset view in Tumon Bay. They provide local live entertainment to set your moods while watching the sunset. Great place to hang out and relax after walking and shopping.

Staff was friendly, knew what they were doing, had amazing suggestions for drinks. Happy Hour was 6 to 9 pm and the drinks were affordable for the amount given. For a monday night it was relaxed but still very elegant. Nice place to wind down.

The bar opens at 6 pm and we were able to get the best seats to view the sunset when we arrived at opening time. Sunset was around 6:30 and the view was spectacular. The staff was very friendly and even opened up the adjoining room to let us take better photos of the sunset. Happy hour was from 6-8... More

The dinner and show on Saturday evening was wonderful for our family. My only critiques is that the tables of food were not served together, so my daughter received her food first and then my Husband and I waited for another 5 min or so before we received ours. Lastly, we made reservations and for some reason they did not... More

Top of the Reef is the bar on top of the Guam Reef Hotel. It offers a really nice view of the Tumon Bay area. It does not offer meals or even consistently offer snack food. The bar area itself is not very attractive and poorly-staffed.

Went there to watch the sunset. Opens at 6pm and if you get there early you will stand in the hallway between the elevators and the bar until 6 on the dot. When they open, it's all lounge chairs with low tables. Do NOT expect to go here for dinner. Food selection is limited to reheated frozen pizza and chips... More

Been coming here for quite awhile and I got to say its on of my top 3 favorite places to drink and have a conversation with friends or bring a special person. They recently stopped the infinity membership which gives you 50% discount on the rooms, bars and restaurants when you dine in. I don't know why they stopped it.... More
