During the past year, my wife and I and guests have eaten at Roy's in the Guam Hilton and it was top-notch. Great food, great service, all top of the line. On November 22, 2016, my wife and I went there with family and six of their friends. It seemed different and none of the previous wait-staff who we knew... More

Had dinner twice at this Roys and both were good experiences. I've dined at the other Roys in Hawaii so it's unfair to compare Roy's in Guam with them. If you are expecting the same experience, you will be disappointed because the other Roys are so crowded and popular. If you came for a quiet dinner and a fine meal,... More

On a business trip in Guam my business partner invited me to Roy, supposedly one of the better restaurants available on Guam island. We were sitted in the semi-private area on the left as you enter the restaurant. This room looked rather sad with poor lighting and in need of refurbishment. I ordered 2 specialities: the frying Dragon followed by... More

My wife and I have dined at several Roy's locations around Hawaii and on the US mainland in the past and this location in Guam represents the brand well. We had a very nice dinner with delicious appetizers and even better seafood entrees. If you are staying at the Hilton or anywhere else along the South end of Tumon Bay... More

Last time I stayed at the Hilton with my wife we eat here two times. To get a window table we booked ahead but they never responded. Fortunately they are not busy. We found out why. Service was terrible, we literately were seated and we order a drink and then the waitress disappeared. Finally we flagged down another one to... More

if you want a restaurant that has the best food, the best serves the best atmosphere. You want to go to Roys. It is located in Tumon, by the beach. The food is wonderful. I can tell you the lamb is something that everyone should try in their life time. The manager is a very pleasant person. He goes beyond... More

We really enjoyed Roy's Restaurant. Great service, food was excellent and the attached bar was a fun place to have a couple of drinks. Worth an evening for sure.

Had a very pleasant meal here, the ribs, deserts, great beer, good laughs, then walked the down the beach to finish with a few cocktails. After 14 days of diving its good to have a couple of bevvies.
