We ate the fried calamari and scallops. Batter was crunchy but needed seasoning. The food was fresh, I loved the scallops! And their food items are a bit cheaper than the other Clam restaurant on the same strip.

Best Clam strips available anywhere. Outdoor dining is better than indoors if only to avoid the clatter from the kitchen and staff. Better yet, grab your boxes, cross the street and sit on the sea wall. I have not lived here for over 20 years...More
Great Summer favorites - fried oysters, fried clams, fried scallops with cole slaw and French fries. Reasonably priced at $ 21.00 Scallops were gigantic. Super casual place. Tables outside facing the beach. It is on a busy street but the view is still awesome.

Growing up in Quincy, the Clam-box has always been a favorite place during season. Friendly environment, great seating out doors.
