I really enjoyed our visit. The staff was incredibly friendly, even though they had run out of our favorite dessert, bacon mochi. Small restaurant but still possible to have a private meal. Excellent sushi!

I tried three small plates and was very impressed. I started with the Uni Hotate. Think of it as a scallop / uni sandwich with micro wasabi. It was very fresh and very good. Next, I had the bacon mochi, which was amazing. The bacon...More

We tried a few different Japanese restaurants in this area and this was by far the best! Would highly recommend. Great service, delicious food and fabulous menu options!

The food and service here is fantastic and they have an incredible range of sakes. The staff were also very knowledgeable about the sakes which made our visit a great dining dining experience AND an educational experience. This is a MUST do in San Fran.

Visited San Francisco for a day to get grounded, just to realize, that I love the Las Vegas heat (it was cold, windy, but sunny in San Francisco). I took a walk from the Palace of Fine Art, and passed this fabulous inviting restaurant. Sara...More

The food is amazing. Period. First, the bartender directed us toward the Mu sake. It was fantastic!! Next, the food was amazing. The bacon Mochi was so good. The Kushiyaki Japanese charcoal grill is very authentic. They also have draft Japanese beers! Enjoy!!

Beautiful homes, beautiful people, and a beautiful
backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge welcome visitors to
the Marina. Originally the location for the
Panama-Pacific International Exposition in 1915 (whose
remnants can be seen at the Palace of Fine Arts), much
of the land was filled and flattened to accommodate a
world’s fair. That ample space has given way to a
jogger’s paradise at the northern edge of the city.
