This place is an Italian american cliche but I always feel hungry when I go there and I end up buying food with my money.

Best pesto in San Francisco. Its fresh made pasta, wide variety of cheeses, good selection of wines and the occasional "Torroncini Siciliani" make this seasoned San Francisco staple a mandatory stop for any local or visitor. The service is also outstanding.

I think Lucca Brasi would agree with me when I say that Lucca Ravioli Company is absolutely FANTASTICO. My husband Rueben(Love you dear) and I were visiting some friends of ours. We stopped by this wonderful little shop and picked up some pesto. The location is charming, and staff is so respectable. Definitely a must visit.

Well, maybe not if you have the right Gramma or somewhere in Italy! But if you have a stove, you should buy some of this ravioli - go early - and make your own dinner. The folks who work in there will even tell you how to best prepare it! And, pick up some goodies to go with it. We... More

Delicious Italian everything. Such friendly and helpful staff. Very hard to go wrong here, everything is of excellent quality. So impressed by the new fresh gluten free pasta! If you happen to go on a day they don't have it, the prepackaged imported rice gnocchi is also great. Lines crazy on weekends, after work, and sometimes at lunch, but totally... More

Lucca is a trip to food heaven! The cheeses are of top quality as is the lunch meat. The staff is very helpful at answering questions and providing samples.

I've been to Lucca more times to buy ingredients to cook an Italian dinner. The place is nice and there is a fair variety of good quality boxed original italian food. Unluckily fresh food does not taste italin at all. The bread is chewy and the meat and cheese do not taste like the original italian ones.
