I went here for dinner after seeing it on Trip Advisor while in San Francisco on a business trip. I ordered the Pacific Crab salad. It was amazing! The vegetables were fresh and clean. The crab was amazingly fresh and plump. The ginger wasabi dressing was delicious! The serving size was way too much for me to eat so it... More

Fabulous food! Kind of terrible service. Fair place for a quick lunch. We waited 30 minutes for a table at lunchtime. Sat at the bar, cooks dinner were nice, waiters are busy and overwhelmed in this small place.

Loved this place. It was great to watch the chefs freshly prepare the food right in front of you. The flavours were awsome and great portions for the size. If we were in Dan Francisco longer I would eat here every day.

Even though I didn't got smokey eye makeup the waiter promised, I really enjoyed the food and service. And Kungfu Girl wine of course. :)

Four adults and two kids, a short wait and bam - glasses with lids for the kids, beers for the grownups and awesome tacos. Staff were great.

Pacific Catch is a perfect place to have lunch or dinner at when you have visted The Golden Gate Bridge, because if you take the bus from the Bridge you can easily get of at Lombard/Fillmore St and walk to the restaurant on Chestnut St. The food was great and I recommend the bowls and the tacos.

Went for lunch. Just a short wait (about 10 minutes) to get a table. Seemed promising, but...Um, perhaps it was the choice of menu item. Ordered beers and taco plate (beef, fish, chicken). Waitress seemed disinterested and it was a LONG time before she even came back with our drinks. Once the food was brought never checked on us until... More

I came here by myself one night. I got a Kona Longboard, a salmon poke bowl, and sweet potato fries with an aioli. It was fairly busy, but my food came quick and the workers were nice. It was a cool place to come, on a nice street. I would love to come back here. **I came here in October... More

My husband and I ate here our last night in San Francisco due to the excellent reviews and prices. Our meals did not disappoint! Great portions for the price and the food is extremely fresh and made to order. We went to the local on Chestnut Street and be warned the place is very small! Maybe four tables inside and... More

Staying in Marina District

Neighbourhood Profile
Marina District
Beautiful homes, beautiful people, and a beautiful backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge welcome visitors to the Marina. Originally the location for the Panama-Pacific International Exposition in 1915 (whose remnants can be seen at the Palace of Fine Arts), much of the land was filled and flattened to accommodate a world’s fair. That ample space has given way to a jogger’s paradise at the northern edge of the city. With the picturesque bay setting as its backdrop, it’s no surprise that the area has hosted numerous movie productions. Daytime activities focus on café culture and boutique shopping, while the evenings turn this neighbourhood into a party-going hotspot.
