A local friend of mine suggested we met at this place to have lunch - we ended up with their brunch menu. Very good suggestion - I loved the place and the staff. Friendly, fun and service oriented. The atmosphere and food was great and they have a very good selection on beers - bottled and on draft. Can only... More

Best hangout spot with friends to enjoy a bite to eat & awsome craft cocktails. Snag a seat outside and enjoy the heat lamps on a chilly night.

After a six and a half hour flight, the wait for luggage at SFO, and the cab ride to the Mission, I was ready for some good food. My concern was that it was a Friday night 8:30. I decided the best plan of action was just to start walking and see where I ended up. And that plan worked... More

Top notch beer and pizzas. Fish and chips petty good too. We are staying next door at the moment so we are pretty much there for a bit each evening. Keep up the good work.

Great breakfast pizza with eggs cooked on top, great for two people. If you enjoy a Bloody Mary they have an excellent one with good spice. A pleasent neighborhood feel with great service. I wish I lived around the corner!

Saturday night when SF is lively, this little place was woefully empty. It is a cute resto-bar to be sure. Not sure why more people were not here. My thoughts: Pros: ° Excellent service. Our waitress was prompt, nice, funny, thoughtful. ° was able to talk with my friends, wasn't too noisy. No pressure to leave. The benefits of a... More

Over the years, Liberties has improved its food significantly. The Mission Burger is 1/2 pound and delicious, the fish and chips good (used to be not so good), and the pizzas and other food attracts take-out service. A dozen or more beers on tap at $5.50 to $7 a pint, but happy hour service of $3.50 on two or three... More

The is a charming restaurant with reasonably priced, good food. Nothing extravagant, just a comfortable experience with an easy pace. Our server, Mike, made sure we got the attention we wanted and did not bother us while we ate, drank and were indeed merry.

An all right choice to grab a beer... They don't have a particularly wide-ranging selection, however, and cocktails are quite expensive. Service was also super slow when we went-- took about 15 minutes for them to bring us four beers. Worth a stop if you're in the area and are looking for a drink, but I wouldn't recommend this place... More
