The Baywatch is located right next to the Cow Hollow Inn and is a great spot for a casual breakfast or lunch. We ate here 4 times in 6 days. The service is very good - prices are reasonable. It's bright and open, yet quiet, even when it's busy. Lots of options for breakfast - bacon and eggs, omelettes, eggs... More

I have stayed in Cow Hollow Hotel for a week. Bay watch was my favourite place for hving breakfast every morning. Nice delicious omlettes with big portions. Very friendly staff, very fast service. Strongly recommended if you are looking for a nice big breakfast after which you would be full till the evening!

We were staying next door so out of convenience we decided to try the Bay Watch for breakfast. We were surprised by the many options on their breakfast menu,my first day I ordered the diet plate and added an order of walnut raisin pancakes (guess you could call it a hypocritical dieter's plate! lol) and it was what I needed... Stopped here for breakfast on our last day in SF. Prices are moderate and the place is pretty clean. Standard menu and food is pretty good. Great service! Good place if you aren't looking for fancy. I would recommend.

We visited the Bay Watch a couple of times during our recent stay. On both occasions, we had a great breakfast. Service is friendly and efficient - for UK customers, I recommend the English Muffins; all other restaurants offered toast, but the bread is much sweeter than we're used to in the UK and it doesn't often crisp up so... Nothing special, but the price is moderate. The staff was very helpful. They should change the decoration.

We had an egg crepe, Belgian waffle, blueberry pancakes, and fried eggs and sausage. All were prepared perfectly. Sausage was delicious, not salty or full of fillers. Service was quick and friendly.

We were recommended this restaurant by the Chelsea Inn Hotel over the road with a 10% discount. It isn't fancy. It isn't iconic. It's good, American diner style food with lots of extras. I think it's family run. It's always busy, but it's got large enough premises to cope. The food was served quickly. It was hot, the coffee fresh... More

Nice breakfast. Fast friendly service. Eggs and sausage were good, my wife didn't care for pancakes favor. I would recommend this restaurant. It is a very comfortable venue.

Staying in Marina District

Neighbourhood Profile
Marina District
Beautiful homes, beautiful people, and a beautiful backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge welcome visitors to the Marina. Originally the location for the Panama-Pacific International Exposition in 1915 (whose remnants can be seen at the Palace of Fine Arts), much of the land was filled and flattened to accommodate a world’s fair. That ample space has given way to a jogger’s paradise at the northern edge of the city. With the picturesque bay setting as its backdrop, it’s no surprise that the area has hosted numerous movie productions. Daytime activities focus on café culture and boutique shopping, while the evenings turn this neighbourhood into a party-going hotspot.
