Giovanni's is without par on Saipan. Fine Italian dining. Great wine list, awesome meats, seafoods, and pasta. Saipan's top chef direct from Italy. Highly recommend Giovanni's for special events or just a great dinner out.
Italian themed lunch buffet with nice antipasti and several mains that have a Japanese theme. Service is good and attentive in a comfortable, continental setting.

Awesome lunch with great people. Staff were excellent and very accommodating. I commend the on duty manager Raj and staff for the excellent service. Top of my list of food was the excellent crab cakes. The photo tells all.
Very nice place but the seafood was burnt and the salad bar was not that great and for the price i would not say it was worth it. Went for lunch and recommend some of the other great restaurants outside the hotel in Saipan.
I ate here several times and was always impressed to find such opulence in such a remote location. Friday lunch buffet was also great and they have a wonderful teppen yaki dinner menu as well!
very kind staff and tasty food. Sunday brunch is the best item in the Saipan. Seafood pizza and angus beef are very excellent.
