Stopped by to get some BBQ. Ordered the #4 brisket, turkey with potato salad, coleslaw and the Texas toast of course. For the sweet tooth a slice of apple pie. Good place to get a quick meal!!!

Went there for lunch and while the beans were ok, the BBQ was meh. Probably won't go back. Haven't found a good BBQ place in Del Rio yet.

Best BBQ in Del Rio. Consistant good food and service. Brisket is tasty and the sausage is always good as well.

Went here for lunch to find parking lot almost full. Order at a counter and pick from menu items on wall. As friend came in and made suggestions on what I should try. He and I tried a chopped beef and sausage sandwich, a half-pound of brisket and a half-pound of sausage. Good bbq - not award winning - but... More

There have been times I am so happy I came and times I am not. The meal I had seemed to be from day old brisket that was dry and hard. The side items were good but I generally go there for the protein. I will not give up on the place since I enjoy the barbecue sauce so much.... More

This is the real deal. Cheaper and better than Rudy's. Some folks were worried when ownership changed, but in my opinion the already-great BBQ has actually improved.

It’s your typical corner BBQ restaurant. Picnic tables and benches for those dining in. No frills. The menu looks like any other typical BBQ joint. It was about as basic as you can get. It filled up two sides of what equated too a little more than a queue card. Service was not bad. Two very nice women offered to... More

Sorry folks, was let down by most of the other reviews. BBQ sauce had a strong vinegar taste e.i. like Carolina BBQ. Brisket was not very smokey, rather tough, and had much fat. The Turkey also had very little smokey flavor and was a bit dry. Sausage was subpar but wife said ribs were not bad. Wish beans had had... More
