My family (two adults, two teens) came here because we were looking for something fresh and not so meat heavy. Everything we ordered was fantastic. We had our typical, kid friendly rolls and then had our waitress recommend a few specialty rolls. They were all great, but I highly recommend the one without rice (I forget the name of it).... More

The specialty rolls were well thought out with complementary flavors. The sushi and sashimi tasted fresh. We eat sushi quite often but it was great to have such good sushi in the desert.

We traveled to Moab for spring break from Colorado . We had the Sunshine roll, California roll, and Anago Maki roll. The sunshine roll has horrible dried out and old, no flavor. The California roll was the worst cali roll we've ever had, how can you mess up a cali roll!? The Anago Maki didn't have any eel sauce like... More

We rarely eat at Japanese restaurants b/c there aren't enough vegan options for me, Sabaku was different. There were lots of vegan options & my husband was happy with the more standard sushi rolls. Our waitress recommended several options and all were delicious. I would definitely go back and I would recommend. Be prepared to wait for a table, but... More

I know what you're thinking... sushi in Moab?Utah. Trust me you 100% should GO HERE. We get a lot of great sushi in Santa Monica and this spot would rival the best in Los Angeles.

Love this place! Unfortunately, so does everyone else and its often crowded to overflowing. That's bound to happen when you have a great product, put together with care and a fun atmosphere. I wish more restaurants in Moab cared about consistently putting out excellent quality food! I recommend this place to guests a lot.

This is one of the best restaurants in Moab. As a vegan, I get pretty tired of cucumber and avocado rolls. Sabuku has good, creative vegan rolls and the agadashi tofu is amazing. Go there, you won't be disappointed.

Usually vegan sushi options are just a vegetable and rice in a seaweed wrap, but this place got creative and they made delicious rolls. We had the Dream Roll (my favorite), Mango Roll, and Hidden Valley Roll, and tried some of our friend's Spicy Yaki Udon Noodles, and they all were incredible. I definitely plan to go back.

We found ourselves traveling in Utah again this year and found out we HAD to go through Moab to get back to Minnesota (I'm lying). We enjoyed the Sushi at Sabaku Sushi so much on our last trip that it was a no-brainer taking the detour off of I-70 into Moab. We walked to the restaurant from the Inn we... More
