This is one of the best restaurants in Moab. As a vegan, I get pretty tired of cucumber and avocado rolls. Sabuku has good, creative vegan rolls and the agadashi tofu is amazing. Go there, you won't be disappointed.

Usually vegan sushi options are just a vegetable and rice in a seaweed wrap, but this place got creative and they made delicious rolls. We had the Dream Roll (my favorite), Mango Roll, and Hidden Valley Roll, and tried some of our friend's Spicy Yaki Udon Noodles, and they all were incredible. I definitely plan to go back.

We found ourselves traveling in Utah again this year and found out we HAD to go through Moab to get back to Minnesota (I'm lying). We enjoyed the Sushi at Sabaku Sushi so much on our last trip that it was a no-brainer taking the detour off of I-70 into Moab. We walked to the restaurant from the Inn we... More

This sushi was surprisingly good for little Moab. The rolls were fresh, innovative, and delicious and the staff was accommodating and friendly. We lucked out and got a table before the dinner rush, but within 10 minutes, the place was packed, and the wait seemed really long, even for the bar spots. The space is crowded, but the food and... The food was on the good side of average. A bit cramped, and there some confusion around being notified when our table was ready.

Busy restaurant, great, friendly service and delicious food! They fly their fish in from Hawaii, it is fresh and of excellent quality.

Excellent Japanese fare presented with its own distinctive style. We entered as skeptics and left believers wanting more. The sushi rice was some of the best I've tasted which made the rolls truly superb.

It's the only sushi place in Moab and unfortunately isn't good enough with dark ambiance, fish smelling water, and not the moderate to poor sushi. My first impression it was hard to find and dark inside. I had to take out my iPhone light to read the menu which is ok with a blend of appetizers, sushi rolls and other... More

This was a nice surprise in an area where we usually camp or backpack. Moab just keeps getting more civilized. We had a Sunshine Roll and a vegetarian Hidden Valley Roll. Both were great but the Sunshine Roll was great+. Moab atmosphere including the friendly staff.
