We stopped for dinner. Wanted to have some famous N.C. BBQ and we were not disappointed! Loved the pulled pork, collard greens and mac and cheese! The sauce was very good...tangy and a little sweet. Very good size portions, clean and friendly!

Ever seen the show Diners, Driveins, and Dives? Moes falls into that third category, but I mean that in the most respectful way possible. The food was great. Pulled pork had great flavor, you would give your right arm for their corn bread, and the...More

Really good barque. Jess was awesome. I forgot to order the collard greens so he comped them. Tasty. I got to say skip the banana pudding and get extra slaw.

We did the to-go thing. Oh my, it was so good!!! We had the ribs, pulled pork, baked beans and the collard greens. Everything was excellent!!! I'm just sorry we didn't discover Moe's earlier in our trip. I would have visited many more times!!!!

While our dine in experience is always superior, we do lots of take out daily!
When is the latest we can arrive on Thursday and NOT have a line to wait in? ALSO, can we stay for an hour and talk or do we get the evil eye to move on ?

Unfortunately, the lines vary every day...Yes, you are welcome to stay, maybe enjoy a beer and visit!

I will be in town for a business meeting this coming Thursday (4-16). I worry about finding a seat at 1130. Do you take reservations or do you think there will be a problem...

You should be fine at 11:30. Even if there is a line, it moves pretty quickly as a fast casual restaurant.
