We enjoyed the excellent Japanese lunch. Great ginger dressing on the salad. I enjoyed the salmon Hibachi with brown rice and California roll. Good service, nice atmosphere.

Wasabi restaurent has a good reputation and we decided to check it out. Good thing we made a reservation because by 7pm the place was packed to capacity. I ordered miso vegetarian soup which was mainly tofu n a few pieces of mushrooms n another...More
One good note, seaweed salad was good. Ordered 2 rolls and spicy tuna handroll. All 3 rolls were full of too much tempura flakes. Very little fish. Spending 13-15 bucks for this quality is ridiculous. One was a scallop roll and I could not taste...More

Had not eaten here in about 3 years since my last visit. The sushi was wonderful just like I remembered it. We had Godzilla rolls, spider rolls, Fuji rolls and spicy tuna rolls along with some coconut shrimp and edamame. Great food great service!
Had Hibachi chicken and it was tough, overcooked and disappointing. Is this the highest rated Japanese restaurant in Asheville???? I think not!!!
