Rubbish food and lots and lots of noise.. Waste of time, energy and money. I did not like even a single dish I have ordered. Disgusting dumplings and even more disgusting other items. Please please don't go to this place.

Their sweet and sour pork was probably among the best we've tasted, it was done the way it was supposed to, crunchy and not completely soaked up with sauce. That quality is hard to find even in New York City. We didn't try the Shanghai steamed dumplings, probably what people rave about. We weren't impressed by the two kinds of... More

In town for the Marathon. Trip advisor and our Pedi-cab recommended this place. Arrived at 7 PM, had to wait 40 minutes, outside. But it is worth it. The dumplings are cooked perfect. The steamed veggies crisp and fresh and of course the noodles very tasty! They have beer and wine and it is cramp, not for a big city,... More

Very good. Fast paced and crowded but the whole family loved the food. Nice cheap eat in Boston's Chinatown. Long line but moves quickly. Dumplings are delicious.

Its like a good fortune cookie! From the outside this dumpling house could look like any other in Chinatown , I heard some customers describe it as a "dive", but no more than expected. its cramped with tables and you do get up close and personal with your fellow diners. There's often a queue and a wait for tables of... More

We have been to China several times, including staying in China for an entire year at one time, so we love Chinese food. It is very hard to find authentic Chinese food in the US and this has to be one of the best places we have found in the US to get really outstanding, authentic Chinese food. The water... More

Small, dive restaurant with fantastic food! Expect to wait for a table and expect to share tables with other diners. Service is rudimentary, but the food more than makes up for it. Recommend the soup dumplings, spicy salt & pepper shrimp and spicy tofu - everything is delicious! (We went for a late lunch around 1:45 pm and supper the... More

From the look of the long line at dinner time you would think this Dumpling House would have the most amazing dumplings...eh, they're fine. Typical small, crowded Chinatown restaurant with fine Chinese food. Chicken & cabbage dumplings had almost no taste. Easy place for Americans who might otherwise be intimidated.

Staying in Chinatown

Neighbourhood Profile
A small area rich in Chinese cultural influences, visit Boston’s Chinatown for some great Asian cuisine and small, authentic bakeries.
