Pushcart is a run of the mill American pizza place with tiny tables, a bar and several tvs showing sports. We were pointed to Pushcart by a local in the streets who really loved it. The custom made pizza was pretty good actually. What was weird was that the owner was present and had no problem rudely ordering his staff... More

Walked in on a whim and glad we did. Good pizza, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Like a lot of North End restaurants it is small but comfortable. Great place to hang out at the bar, have dinner and watch a game etc.

Had been through on a pizza tour few months back. Memorable pizza. No different this time. Server was personable and responsive. Food came out quickly. Will be back again and again.

My wife and I shared a 1 topping pizza and added sausage. We each drank coke. The total bill was $21.00. The pizza was great! We couldn't finish the only thing even though it was our only meal if the day. I recommend trying it when you visit Boston.

Love the choice they give you in the making of your pizza. Great taste and good service. The chilli garlic oil is a great addition to the pizza.

The pizza is mediocre, but what sets this place apart is the owner - a horribly rude person with no customer service or people skills whatsoever. My husband, another couple, and I were verbally assaulted by the owner during our lunch there. This intimidating man clearly has anger management issues as he lost his temper with us over virtually nothing.... More

We stumbled on Pushcart Pizza and now it's a takeout must. We love getting slices and salads to go. The slices are huge -at least a quarter size of a pizza. You only need one and they are inexpensive making this a great deal! Slices are $3 for cheese and $4 for pepperoni. We love the salad too and add... More

Ordered calzone - if you are a New Yorker I would probably avoid. Calzone was disappointing. Staff was friendly so it was a nice experience. Limited menu choices

Although the pizza there was ok what really made this a terrible experience was the rude waitress they have working there. Horrible attitude.

My daughter and I split a wonderful calzone here. Italian sausage, mushrooms, pepperoni, and delicious garlic. We sat at the bar, because the place is small. Our server, the bartender, was really nice, and the calzone was wonderful. The price was reasonable, the beer was cold, and the sangria looked delicious-I regretted having ordered a beer!

Staying in North End

Neighbourhood Profile
North End
Wandering around Boston’s North End can feel like being transported to Europe. Stroll down Hanover and Salem streets for the finest Italian restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and a few boutique shops. Take part in the big debate as to whether Modern Pastry or Mike’s serves a better cannoli. Before your food coma sets in, make sure to stop by historic Paul Revere’s home, and follow the Freedom Trail to Old North Church and Copp’s Hill Burying Ground. Take a rest in a cafe on Hanover street and observe the quirky, European character of the North End.
